Why Can't I See The Changes On My Website?

Usually changes do not appear when you load your website because your browser is using "cache" or old stored data from previous website visits. This means that your browser may not be giving you the most up-to-date version of your site, even though your changes have published successfully.

There are three possible ways to correct this problem:

  • Perform a "hard refresh" in your browser, which can be done by holding the shift key and clicking the refresh button in your browser.
Or use these keyboard shortcuts: For Windows: Ctrl + F5. For Mac: Command + Shift + R.

  • Load the website on an incognito or private browsing window.

More caching issues:

Sometimes even your local network or other devices, like routers, can cache data, as well. If none of the steps above work, try loading your website on a smartphone over mobile data with Wifi turned off.

If you are still not seeing your changes after following these steps, reach out to our support team at hello@b12.io.
