The Contact Manager stores all of the contacts that you’ve imported or added. If someone fills out a form on your website, such as a contact form or newsletter signup form, their contact information will display in the “All Contacts” table.
To see all submissions for a specific form (e.g., Contact Form), click on the form name in the left pane below “Contacts”. If you have submissions for that form type, they’ll appear on the right.
What does the number next to a form mean?
- The number next to a form represents how many unseen submissions you currently have for that form. When you click on a form and view its new submissions, they are marked as seen and that number goes back to zero.
Note: If one of your contacts submits a form on your website, the Contact Manager will recognize the contact and add this interaction to their existing profile.
