      Why can't I edit my website?

      Having difficulties accessing the B12 Editor? Or is the B12 Editor not displaying properly?

      If you can't edit your website, it might be due to one of the following reasons: 

      1. You aren't logged in.

      Go to B12.io and log in.

      I forgot my login information. 

      2. Your browser is caching.


      4. Your subscription payment is overdue.

      Email hello@b12.io for assistance to log into the Editor.
