Searching for Contacts in the B12 Contact Manager
Find contacts quickly using keywords or tags

Search for contacts by keyword
- Log in to your B12 Editor.
- Click Contact Manager from the left navigation panel.
- From the Contact Manager page, type a name, email, phone number, or other contact details in the search bar.
- Press Enter to see matching results.

Search for contacts by tag

From the Contact Manager page, click the search bar.

Select a tag from the dropdown menu.

Example: You may have tags like Customer or Prospective Customer to filter results.

View the list of contacts associated with the selected tag.

Review contact details
- Click on a contact’s name to view basic information, previous interactions, and any assigned tags.
- Edit or update the contact’s details as needed.
