Search for contacts by keyword or tag
Contact Manager is only available on a Professional plan and only users with Client access can view it.
Trying to locate a particular contact or a group of contacts organized by a tag? The Contact Manager makes it easy to search for contacts by keyword or tag.
Use the search bar on the “All Contacts” page to search by name or other contact details. You can also click in the search bar to see the tags that are available to search. For example, you may separate your contacts into “Customer” and “Prospective customer” and filter your search results by either tag.
Review your search results then click on an individual contact to see details like basic information and previous interactions.
