Creating a review campaign in your listings & SEO dashboard

Customers on the Professional and Advanced subscriptions can request reviews from their customers using the Listings & SEO Dashboard at listings.b12.io. Review campaigns help you build credibility and improve your online presence across listing platforms.
Requesting customer reviews through Listings & SEO involves three steps:
Creating a review request campaign
1. Log in to listings.b12.io.
2. Click Reputation, then select Review Acquisitions.
3. Click + Acquire New Reviews.
4. Under SMS/Email, click Select.
Tip: We recommend using a review widget on your website rather than the Review Page via a static URL.
5. Enter a name for your review campaign so you can track it later.
6. Select Choose location manually, then choose your business location from the list.
7. Click Apply, then click Save.
Choosing email or SMS content
1. Select whether you want to send the campaign by Email or SMS.

2. Review the default campaign template.
3. Edit the message if needed. Changes appear in the live preview on the right.
Adding recipients
You can add recipients individually or upload them in bulk.
To add recipients one at a time:

Click
Add another customer. -
Enter the customer’s first name and email address or phone number.

To add multiple recipients using a CSV file:

Click
Download sample CSV template. -
Open the file in a spreadsheet tool and add your customer information.

Save the file to your computer.

Click
Upload CSVand select your completed file.
Sending the campaign
1. Review the message content and recipient list.
2. Click Schedule this Acquisition to send your review requests.
