View your B12 payment history and receipts

This article will guide you through viewing your payments and receipts in your B12 account.

Follow the steps below to access the Manage Payment area of your B12 website editor to view your payment history and access receipts for your records.

Step 1: Log in to your B12 website editor at https://b12.io/dashboard/. If you can't remember your password, click here to request a reset password email.

Step 2: Above the main menu, click your name to view the Account drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click Account.

Tip: You can access this section directly by following this link: http://b12.io/dashboard/manage-payment

Step 4: Scroll to Payment history.
Under the Details column, click View next to the payment of your choice to view a printable receipt.

Optional: In most cases, you can download your receipt by clicking Download as PDF from the receipt preview.
