Follow the steps below to access the Manage Payment area of your B12 website editor to view your payment history and access receipts for your records.

Step 1: Log in to your B12 website editor at If you can't remember your password, click here to request a reset password email.

Step 2: Click the "Account" drop down menu in the upper left corner of your website editor.

Step 3: Click "Billing".

Step 4: Scroll to Payment history.
Under the Details column, click View next to the payment of your choice to view a printable receipt.

Optional: In most cases, you can download your receipt by clicking Download as PDF from the receipt preview.
