Follow these steps to complete your setup. ### Adding your domain 1. In the left sidebar menu, go to `Domains`. 2. We accomplish this by automatically adding a [canonical tag](https://support.b12.io/en/understanding-canonical-domains-and-canonical-tags?hsLang=en) to all pages of your website pointing to your primary domain. - Check **Enable email sending for this domain** if you want to be able to send emails through B12, but you are using another email service to receive emails. See more information [here](https://support.b12.io/en/articles/6685352-how-to-configure-a-domain-for-email-sending-only?hsLang=en). - Check **Enable email forwarding for this domain** if you would like to create a custom email address. See more information [here](https://support.b12.io/en/articles/3332954-how-to-set-up-email-forwarding?hsLang=en). 4. The editor will detect your domain provider and prompt you to log in to your IONOS account. **Registrar not detected?** If your registrar is not detected, use [this article](https://support.b12.io/en/manually-connecting-a-domain-in-the-b12-editor?hsLang=en) to manually connect your domain! 6. Enter your IONOS login credentials. 7. Approve the connection request. 8. Click `Publish` to update your live website.   **Note:** It may take a few hours for your Domain to show as Connected in the Editor, and it may take 24-48 hours for your B12 website to appear on your domain. **Important:** If you run into issues, first confirm your IONOS login credentials are correct.
