If the ownership of your B12 site needs to change, there are a couple different ways it can be done!
Option 1: You know the log in information...
Step 1: If you know the log in information for the account, you can log in and click on the owner's name at the top of the left panel.
Step 2: Once you click on the owner's name, a drop down menu will appear, you will then want to select "Edit Profile"
Here you can change the owner name, phone number, email and the business information including email address. When you are finished updating this information, you will want to click the purple save button and then the "X" in the top right corner of the profile info to go back to the menu.
Step 3: If you need to update the billing information as well, you can find that by clicking "Billing" in the drop down under the owner name.
Once you have the new billing information in, click the purple save button and then the "X" in the upper right corner of the Billing panel to get back to the menu.
Step 4: Now that your Ownership information is corrected, you will want to click Website, then Pages under "My Website" in the left panel, and then the purple publish button in the upper right corner of the right panel.
