To cancel, follow these steps: 1\. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the B12 logo  ![dashboard b12 logo](https://support.b12.io/hubfs/dashboard%20b12%20logo.svg). Click `Billing & subscription` in the dropdown.     3\. In the Plan section, click `Cancel plan`. **![cancel](https://support.b12.io/hs-fs/hubfs/cancel.png?width=430&height=250&name=cancel.png)** 4\. Complete and submit the cancellation form. **Warning:** Cancellation takes effect immediately. Once canceled, all subscription features are disabled. Your website will no longer be available online, including on any connected custom domains. ### Professional or Advanced Subscriptions Customers who hired B12 Experts to design their website as part of B12's Do-it-for-you setup are on the **Professional** or **Advanced** plans. These plans have a different cancellation process.
