If you no longer need your free B12 account or website, you can request to have it deactivated or permanently deleted. Follow the steps below to begin the deletion process.
Warning: Permanent deletion is irreversible. Once your account or website is deleted, it cannot be restored.
Deleting your website
1. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first.
2. Go to the B12 deletion request form. Enter your account details.
Note: If you have more than one website to delete, submit a separate request for each.
3. Click Submit.
After submission, you'll receive confirmation once the deletion is complete. Processing may take a few business days, but it could take up to 30 days.
