It allows businesses to automate customer conversations, qualify leads, and route inquiries to the right team members. - Easy to set up with an embed code - Great for capturing leads or booking meetings - Includes analytics and live chat capabilities ### Tidio [Tidio](https://www.tidio.com/) is an all-in-one live chat and chatbot platform designed for small businesses. It offers pre-built chatbot templates, real-time visitor monitoring, and multilingual support. - Simple to install with a script snippet - Free plan available with upgrade options - Customizable chat widget ### ChatBot.com [ChatBot](https://www.chatbot.com/) is a robust, no-code platform that lets you build AI-powered chat experiences. It integrates well with tools like Messenger and Slack, and it provides drag-and-drop design functionality. - Offers easy embedding for website use - Integrates with popular CRMs and support tools - Ideal for support automation and lead generation ### Adding a chatbot to your B12 website You can add a chatbot to your site by pasting its embed code into your website’s head or body HTML. Follow these steps to add a chatbot integration: 1. Once you have the integration code from your chatbot provider, go to the B12 Editor, then click ` Website` **>** `Settings`. 2. Use the search bar to find either the `Head tag` or `Custom footer script` and select it. **Note:** Unsure whether to select the Head tag or the Custom footer script?
