Once websites are created using the same login, they cannot be separated. If you plan to separate your websites and log in with different email addresses, you'll need to log out of your existing B12 account to create a new one.

If you're interested in creating a second site using a different user login, you can use the following steps:

  1. Open an incognito or private window

Incognito Window Chrome
Private Browsing on Firefox
Private Window in Safari
Private Browsing on Internet Explorer

2. Sign up again for a B12 website using a different email address.

If you'd like to create websites with separate logins, you can use an alternative email address that you have access to, and that allows you to receive your password reset link when needed.

However, if you don't have an alternative email address, you can modify your existing email address by adding a + and additional text, for example, "myname+1@mydomain.com" instead of "myname@mydomain.com".

 3. Logging into different B12 websites

To avoid caching issues, make sure to log out of any of your B12 websites, open an Incognito Window or separate browser (such as Safari or Firefox), and log into another website. Make sure you are using the correct email address!

If you still have issues logging in, make sure your password is case-sensitive.

If you are logged in to the wrong account, you can use this link to log out: https://b12.io/accounts/logout

B12 Website Switcher

If you'd like to create a new B12 site under the same user account, you can utilize our website switcher tool. Read more about how to do that in this article.

Once multiple websites are linked to the same user account, they cannot be separated. If you plan to have separate logins for your websites, follow the steps above instead.
