Once websites are created under the same B12 login, they cannot be separated later. If you want each website to have its own login, you must create a new B12 account using a different email address.

Creating a new B12 account

 1. Open an incognito or private window in your browser.

2. Sign up for a new B12 website using a different email address.

If you do not have a second email address:

You can modify your existing email by adding a + plus sign and extra text. Most email providers treat this as a unique address.

Example:

      • Original email: myname@mydomain.com

      • New login: myname+1@mydomain.com

This allows you to manage separate websites with separate logins while still receiving password reset emails.

Logging in to different B12 websites

If you manage more than one B12 website, use the correct email address for each login.

1. Log out of any active B12 session.

2. Open an incognito window or use a different browser (such as Safari or Firefox).

3. Log in using the email address associated with the website you want to access.

Tip: If you’re logged into the wrong account, you can force a logout using this link: https://b12.io/accounts/logout

B12 Website Switcher

If you'd like to create a new B12 site under the same user account, you can utilize our website switcher tool. Read more about how to do that in this article.

Important: Once multiple websites are linked to the same user account, they cannot be separated. If you plan to have separate logins for your websites, follow the steps above instead.
