B12 offers a variety of client intake forms to streamline your business processes. While B12 provides pre-built form templates, you can also integrate Typeform to create custom forms.

With Typeform's drag-and-drop interface, you can design forms that suit your needs. Once you've created your Typeform, you can easily embed it into your B12 website, allowing your clients to fill out forms directly on your site.

What is Typeform?

Typeform is an online form builder that allows you to create interactive forms, guiding users through a series of questions one at a time. Typeform can collect valuable information through quizzes, surveys, and more.

How to acquire Typeform embed code

Note: Typeform provides detailed instructions and a video tutorial for embedding your form on any website. However, you may find specific guidance for integrating Typeform into your B12 website in this guide.

Create your account

Go to your account at Typeform (or sign up if you don’t have an account).

Create a new form or customize an existing one

Once you’ve created your Typeform account, you will be redirected to your Typeform dashboard, where you can create a new form or select an existing one. To create a new form, click the + Create a new form button.

Any existing forms will appear below My workspace. Typeform lets you customize your form’s design and functionality.

Grab the shareable link

Once you’re done customizing your form, click the Share panel, then Embed on a web page.

Typeform offers various embed options. You can choose between standard embeds, pop-ups, sliders, and more to perfectly fit the flow of your website. Once you’ve selected the embed mode, tap the Start embedding button.

You'll see a unique link specifically for your form. This is what you need to embed the form on your B12 site.

How to add Typeform to your B12 website

If you're subscribed to B12's Basic plan or above, you can easily integrate third-party tools. Simply obtain the embed code from Typeform and add it to a specific page. Follow these steps:

Once you're in the Website section, click on Pages > Home.

Click the Add section button on the page to create a space for your form.

Click on Add integration and select HTML.

(Also, Manage integrations and Head tag options don’t appear on my end for some reason)

Copy and paste the embed code into the B12 code box. Then click on Add integration.

Finally, hit the Publish button on your Editor’s upper right-hand corner to see your new form live on your website.
