Learn how to add products and services to a B12 contact form

Adding services or products to a B12 contact form is simple. Below is an outline of how to add products or services to a contact form:
1. Log into your B12 editor and navigate to your contact form/page. You can do this by scrolling down to the section labeled “Intake Forms” on the left hand side of you're editor and choosing the form you would like to edit.
2. Once you’ve selected that form, navigate to the section on the left hand side of you're editor that says “form fields” and select “add field.”
3. A drop down list will pop up with a variety of field options, scroll until you see “services and products,” select that option from the list.
4. Once you’ve selected the services and products field, it will appear in the least of form fields. Click the arrow to the right to begin editing in the drop down.
5. After selecting the dropdown, you will then be able to select services and products from your sites existing services and products. You can also opt to hide the description, quantity, and price or disable the price all together. You can also add an invoice to these products to enable clients to checkout upon form submission.
Note: Invoicing requires a minimum of an advanced B12 plan to utilize.
