Jotform allows you to create fully customizable forms that collect information specific to your business needs. By embedding a Jotform on your B12 website, you can easily capture leads, feedback, or client information directly from your visitors.
Follow Jotform’s instructions to generate your form’s embed code. Jotform provides several embedding options, but for B12 websites, we recommend using the iFrame embed method. This method is the most reliable and works universally across all websites, including B12.
Adding Jotform
1. In the left sidebar, go to the 
Website
Pages
2. Select the the page where you want to add the form, then click Add section.
3. From the list of sections, choose Integration.
4. Select HTML.
5. Paste your Jotform embed code into the code box.
6. Click Add integration to apply the change.
7. Click Publish in the top-right corner to make your form live.
