      Adding Jotform to Your Website

      Jotform lets you create custom forms tailored to your specific needs. By integrating Jotform into your B12 website, you can effortlessly collect valuable data from your website visitors.

      What is Jotform?

      Jotform is a cloud-based form builder that allows users to create online forms without coding knowledge. It offers a drag-and-drop interface to design forms with various input fields like text boxes, dropdown menus, and file uploads.

      How to acquire Jotform embed code 

      Note: Jotform’s support team provides instructions on embedding Jotform on a website. For detailed guidance on how to integrate Jotform into your own B12 website, read the guide below. 

      1. Build your form

      Once logged in, start creating your form by tapping the CREATE button.

      Select from the following options: Start From Scratch, Use Template, Import Form, or Create Signable Document. 

       

      • Once your form is loaded, you can further customize its settings, such as the form status and properties. 

      • After you’re done customizing your form, click the Publish button. 

      • Click Embed. You'll find this option in the menu on the left. 

      • Then, select the embed method that works best for your website. 

      Note: Jotform offers several ways to embed your form, but for B12 websites, we recommend the iFrame embed method. This is a universal embed option that works on any website, including B12. 

      • Copy the generated code.

       

      How to add Jotform to your B12 website 

      • In your B12 dashboard, find the Website tab.

      • Once you're in the Website section, select Pages and then Home. 

      • Tap the Add section button.

      • Click Add integration. Then select HTML.

       

      • Copy and paste the provided Jotform embed code into the B12 code box. Then tap Add integration. 

      • Finally, click the Publish button in the top right corner of the Editor to view your new form on your live website.
