If you’re an existing customer, you can reach B12’s Customer Success team via chat, email, or scheduled call, depending on your subscription level.
Support Hours (U.S. Eastern Time):
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Closed on major U.S. holidays

Why we schedule calls
When you schedule a call with a member of our team, the teammate budgets time to go over your site and identify any issues. By giving us this time, you allow us to begin formulating potential solutions ahead of the call, resulting in a better and faster resolution of your issue, and definitive and thorough answers to any questions.
Design assistance for customers on the Professional or Advanced plans
If you would like to have content or design changes made to your site, it is best to submit a website update request by following the steps in this article and/or scheduling an Enhancement Consultation with a Project Manager here.
For small website updates, such as small changes to text, images, or existing sections, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Success team at one of the options above.
