How to log in to your B12 Editor

Learn how to sign in to B12 with your email and password or with a Google or Microsoft account.

1. Go to the B12 website.

2. Click the Log In button in the top-right corner.

3. Type your email and password, then click Log in.

  • If you’re not sure which email you used: Check the inbox where you received your B12 welcome email (subject: We’re excited to learn more and start your website!). If you can’t find it, try a password reset on any address you may have used.

  • If you forgot your password: Click Forgot your password? and enter your email. You’ll receive an email titled Password reset on b12.io with instructions to set a new password.

  • If you don’t see the reset email: Check your Spam/Junk or Promotions folders. If it’s not there, contact hello@b12.io.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft

If you use a Google or Microsoft account for your business email, you can sign in with it instead of typing a password.

  1. Go to b12.io and click Log in.
  2. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
  3. Choose the account you want to use and approve the sign-in.

What happens next depends on whether you already have a B12 account:

  • You already have a B12 account with that email address. You're signed in right away and taken to your dashboard. You can keep using your password, too; either method reaches the same account.
  • You don't have a B12 account yet. You're taken to the signup flow with your email address already filled in. After you finish signing up, you can use the same Google or Microsoft account to sign in next time.
