If you can’t find it, try a password reset on any address you may have used. - **If you forgot your password:** Click `Forgot your password?` and enter your email. If it’s not there, contact [**hello@b12.io**](mailto:hello@b12.io). ### Signing in with Google or Microsoft If you use a Google or Microsoft account for your business email, you can sign in with it instead of typing a password. 1. Go to [b12.io](https://www.b12.io/) and click `Log in`. 2. Click `Continue with Google` or `Continue with Microsoft`. 3. Choose the account you want to use and approve the sign-in. What happens next depends on whether you already have a B12 account: - **You already have a B12 account with that email address.** You're signed in right away and taken to your dashboard. You can keep using your password, too; either method reaches the same account. - **You don't have a B12 account yet.** You're taken to the signup flow with your email address already filled in.
