B12 is built to provide a consistent experience for both our customers and web experts. Once you purchase a subscription from B12, we assemble a team of experts to set up, enhance, and optimize your website. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made.
If your project needs a change, reach out to us at hello@b12.io, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs by crediting your account for future changes to a B12 website.
We also cannot provide refunds for any subscription payments. When signing up with B12, a subscription is selected. Unless you cancel or change your subscription, any subscription you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as you selected (e.g., monthly or annually).
