B12 is built to provide a consistent experience for both our customers and web experts. Our refund policy helps us maintain consistency and fairness for all customers.
Subscriptions
When signing up with B12, a recurring subscription is selected. Unless you cancel or change your subscription, any subscription you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as you selected (e.g., monthly or annually).
Once you purchase a subscription from B12, our features and services are made available immediately upon activation. This includes always-on services, like account access, website hosting, ongoing updates and improvements, etc. For this reason, we cannot provide refunds for any subscription payments.
Services (Setup fee)
If you purchase the Do-it-for-you setup service along with your B12 subscription, we assemble a team of experts to build, enhance, and optimize your website. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on the setup service once a purchase is made.
If your project needs a change, reach out to us at hello@b12.io, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs by crediting your account for future changes to a B12 website.
AI credits
AI credits are non-refundable, including when the AI Agent's output is not what you expected. Each request you make uses computing power to read your site, plan the change, and apply it, so your credits reflect work that has already been performed, regardless of the outcome.
The AI Agent can make mistakes, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing its output before relying on it or publishing it to your live site. B12 cannot guarantee the results the AI Agent produces.
Building with the AI Agent is an iterative process. The AI Agent does a lot of the building, but getting exactly what you want still takes your involvement, and it can take multiple requests. We are not able to restore credits or issue refunds for AI Agent behavior or mistakes. If a change is not what you wanted, you can restore a previous version of your site at no cost and try again with a clearer request.
