Caching happens when your browser, device, or network stores an older copy of your website to load it faster. This can prevent new changes from appearing right away. The good news is you can troubleshoot this quickly. The steps depend on the browser and device you are using. ### Hard refreshing your website Identify the browser and operating system you’re using, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Open your site in a regular browser window and use the shortcut for your device: - **Windows:** Press`Ctrl` + `Shift` + `R` or `Ctrl` + `F5` - **Mac:** Press `Command` + `Shift` + `R` You can also perform a hard refresh on Mac and Windows by holding the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Reload or Refresh button on your browser. If this doesn't resolve your issue, continue to clear your browser cache. ### Clearing your computer browser cache Clearing your browser cache can remove unneeded or outdated information that is used to speed up website loading.
