While we recommend using a desktop for the best editing experience, you can still log in and make updates from your phone or tablet. ### Accessing your B12 account on mobile 1\. Open your preferred browser on your mobile phone. 2\. Go to B12.io. 3\. Open [www.b12.io](https://www.b12.io) in your mobile browser and log in to your account. Tap `Preview` in the top navigation bar to open your website preview. 2. To edit your website, click the `Menu` tab, then tap `Website`. This is where you can manually edit your pages and sections. To request changes using the [AI Agent](https://support.b12.io/en/v2/using-b12s-ai-agent?hsLang=en), tap the `Chat` tab instead. 3.
