Professional or Advanced Subscriptions
Customers on the Professional or Advanced plans should submit a cancellation request form here. A B12 team member will contact you to finalize the request.

Once we receive your request, we will turn off automatic renewal.

Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.

To prevent future charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the subscription end date to allow for processing.
Note: If you built your website yourself using B12's AI-powered Website Editor and you have a paid plan, you signed up for the Basic subscription. Follow the steps in this article to cancel your plan.

Will I receive a refund?
No refunds are issued because subscription features are active immediately upon payment. If you want to use the subscription for the full period, wait until the end of the term before canceling. See our refund policy for more details.
