Email forwarding requires at least one Client Engagement seat.

When someone sends an email to your custom business address, B12’s email forwarding feature automatically delivers it to your personal inbox. This helps you present a professional email identity without needing to manage a separate email inbox.

What is email forwarding?

Email forwarding acts as a “mask” for your real email address. Instead of giving clients your personal email, you can share a professional business address on your custom domain.

Any message sent to this business email is instantly redirected to your personal inbox. This helps you:

  • Maintain a polished, branded presence

  • Keep all communication centralized

  • Avoid setting up or managing a separate email inbox

  • Ensure client messages never get missed

B12 supports creating multiple forwarding addresses on one domain.
