B12 includes a built-in analytics report that shows how visitors are finding and interacting with your website. Reports cover 30-day trends and update weekly.
Viewing your website's analytics
1. In the left sidebar menu, go to . Analytics
2. Review the report on the right side of the editor. It includes the following sections:
-
Website traffic The number of unique visits to your website over the last 30 days.
-
Top pages and blog posts The individual pages on your website with the most visits.
-
Traffic sources How visitors arrived at your website, broken down by percentage:
-
Organic search — visitors found your site through a search engine like Google or Yahoo
-
Referral — visitors clicked a link to your site from another website
-
Social — visitors clicked a link from a social media platform like Facebook or LinkedIn
-
Direct — visitors typed your website address directly into their browser
-
-
Traffic by device The types of devices visitors used to view your website, shown by percentage.
-
Interactions Actions visitors took on your website, which may include contact or booking form submissions, Drift chat conversations, and emails (if you use a B12 custom email address).
Note: If you don't see any data yet, your website may have been published within the last week. If data is still missing after a week, try re-publishing your website to activate analytics reporting.
