Is DIY a good route for me?

Our DIY plans are available to everyone but are tailored to individuals and businesses who prefer to take control of building their own site and have some degree of experience with web development—though it is certainly not required, B12 makes web development easy for beginners and professionals alike. However, our DIY plans come with essential support but the experience is primarily self-guided, making it ideal for those comfortable with a hands-on approach.

Do-It-For-You (DIFY): Expert Setup Route

For businesses looking for a white-glove experience, our Expert Setup service is the ideal solution. This route offers a full-service, end-to-end website creation experience handled by our expert team. You will have access to a dedicated team of designers and copywriters managed by our launch team who will be briefed on your needs and wants for your new website.

Upgrading your B12 subscription

1. Click the logo in the upper left corner of the editor, or use this direct link to upgrade your subscription. 
   
   

2. Click Upgrade plan.
   

3. Choose whether you want to be billed monthly or yearly.
   

4. Select the subscription plan you want.
   

5. Enter your payment information to complete checkout.
   

Adding monthly credits

On a paid plan, you can raise or lower your monthly AI credits without changing plans.

1. Go to the Plans screen.
2. Next to Monthly credits on your plan, click Change.
3. Open the dropdown and select the number of credits you want each month. Options run from your plan's included credits up to 10,000 credits per month.
4. Confirm your change.

This sets a new monthly credit level. The credits are included in each billing period, not bought once. You can't lower your credits below the number you've already used this month. If you need fewer credits than you've used, wait until your next billing period.

Adding Client Engagement seats

If you're on Website + Client engagement, you can add or remove seats from the Plans screen. Additional seats are $29/month each. You can't reduce your seat count below the number of seats you've already assigned to team members. See Client Engagement seats.
