B12 Email Marketing helps you communicate with your customers and leads using built-in email tools that work seamlessly with your B12 website. Your contacts, forms, and website all stay connected, making it easier to send professional messages, nurture relationships, and follow up automatically.

B12 email marketing Email Marketing is located in the left sidebar menu of the B12 Editor. Click Start a new email to start the process of composing and sending an email. 

What you can do with B12 Email Marketing

B12 Email Marketing includes several features designed to help you create effective, on-brand emails quickly.

Templates

    • Start with a blank email if you prefer full control.

Flexible customization

You can edit:

B12 Email Marketing supports automated emails that send immediately when a visitor submits a form on your website. These emails are useful for confirmations, follow-ups, welcome messages, or delivering additional information.

FAQs

How many contacts can I email?

Once you set up email sending for your domain and add a sending email address, there is no fixed limit on the number of contacts you can email, as long as your contacts have opted in to receive emails and you have email sending set up for your domain.

In some cases, new or recently configured accounts may have a temporary sending limit in place for fraud-prevention purposes. If you encounter a sending limit, you can contact B12 Chat  Support in the lower right corner of your account and share more details about your business to request a review and potential removal of the limit.

Always ensure you are following applicable email compliance and consent requirements when sending emails.

How many emails can I send?

Email Marketing includes unlimited sends.

Can I send emails from my own custom address?

Yes. After setting up email sending for your domain, you can send from your own email address instead of the default @email.b12.io address.
