If you imported contacts from Gmail and some are missing, it's likely because Gmail doesn't automatically save everyone you email as a contact. People you frequently email are stored under Other contacts — a separate list that doesn't sync unless you move them to your main Contacts list first.
Before you start: Make sure you have:
- Access to the Gmail account connected to your B12 Contact Manager
- Editor or Admin access to your B12 account
Adding missing contacts in Google Contacts
Move people from your Other contacts or Frequently contacted list to your main Contacts list in Gmail.
Google's help center has full instructions for this step: Add or move contacts – Google Contacts Help
Tip: If you have a long list to sort through, use the search bar in Google Contacts to find people faster instead of scrolling.
Re-importing your Gmail contacts into B12
Once your Google Contacts list is up to date, sync it with B12.
- In the left sidebar menu, go to
.Contact Manager
- Click Add new.
- Choose Gmail as your import source.
- Follow the prompts to complete the import.
Your updated contacts will now appear in your B12 Contact Manager.
