B12 prioritizes platform safety and strictly prohibits rights infringements. However, since B12 is a self-service platform that allows user-generated content, individual users have complete control over email communications, website content, domain management, etc.
If you come across content that looks abusive, misleading, or violates someone’s rights, you can report it to our team so we can review and take action when appropriate. Abuse reporting generally falls into one of the following categories:
-
Phishing or spam - If you believe a website or message is attempting to impersonate a person or business, trick users into sharing information, or distribute harmful content, report it as phishing or spam.
-
Copyright infringement (DMCA) - If you are a copyright holder or authorized to act on behalf of one, you can request removal of infringing content by submitting a DMCA takedown request.
-
Trademark infringement - If a website or domain appears to be using a trademarked name or branding in a misleading way, report it to B12.
- Security vulnerability - If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability affecting B12, report it as soon as possible.
