      Customizing your b12sites.com subdomain

      This is article is for free users who wish to change their website address ending in b12sites.com. Follow the steps below to customize your B12 subdomain.

      ​Important: If you have a paid subscription with a custom domain, we don't recommend making changes to your b12sites.com subdomain, as this can cause your domain to become disconnected.
      ​

      1. From B12's main menu, Click on Domains

      2. Click on your secondary domain ending in b12sites.com

      3. Enter your desired subdomain and click Save.

       
      Note: If your desired subdomain is already taken, you will receive an alert and you can choose another option instead.
