The $1 offer is an introductory price. It lowers your subscription to $1 while the offer lasts. How long that is depends on the offer you signed up with.
When the offer ends, your subscription carries on at your plan's regular price. Nothing pauses and nothing expires. B12 charges the regular amount automatically on your next billing date, using the card already on file, and your website stays live. You don't need to do anything to keep it that way.
You can check your plan, your next payment date, and the amount you'll be charged at any time. Click the B12 logo

→What does the $1 offer cover?

→I can't remember when my $1 price ends. How do I find out?
⇒This depends on the offer you used when you signed up. You'll see the length of your intro pricing on the checkout page when you purchase. If you're not sure which offer you signed up with, reach out to B12's support team for help.
→What will I pay when the offer ends?
⇒Your plan's regular price. The exact amount depends on the plan you selected when you started your subscription. To view your plan's regular price, click the B12 logo at the top of the left sidebar, then select
→Do I need to do anything to keep my website online?
⇒No. Billing continues automatically at the regular price and your website stays live. You only need to act if your card details have changed, or if you've decided not to continue.
→Why did my payment fail when the full price was charged?
⇒A card that cleared a $1 charge can still be declined at the regular price, usually because of a spending limit, a low balance, or an expired card. Update your payment method as soon as you see a failed charge because a payment that keeps failing can take your website offline.
→Can I use the $1 offer again, or extend it?
⇒No. It's a one-time introductory offer, so it can't be applied twice or extended. If you cancel and reactivate later, your subscription restarts at the regular plan price.
→Does the $1 price work with additional AI credit tiers or team seats?
⇒No. Any plan adjustments such as additional AI credits and extra team seats are charged at full price, which will automatically end your $1 offer.
→What if I don't want to continue after the offer ends?
⇒Cancel or downgrade before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect immediately rather than at the end of your billing period, and your website goes offline as soon as it's processed, so cancel on the last day you need your site.
→I was charged the full price and wasn't expecting it. What are my options?
⇒You can always adjust your plan to impact any future charges, but past subscription payments aren't refundable under B12's refund policy because services like hosting and account access are delivered as soon as you're billed. That said, if you have any questions about charges you've received, contact B12 support with your account email and the charge details so the team can look into it.
