Background videos on your B12 website are set to autoplay when a visitor lands on your page. On most devices, this works automatically. However, if you're visiting your site on an iPhone and the video isn't playing, your device's power settings may be preventing it.

What's causing the issue

iPhones have a feature called Low Power Mode that conserves battery life by limiting background activity, reducing network use, and disabling certain automatic functions, including video autoplay in web browsers.

Low Power Mode activates automatically when your battery drops to 20%, or you can turn it on manually at any time.

For more information about Low Power Mode and which features it affects, visit Apple's support page on Low Power Mode.

Note: This behavior is controlled by Apple's iOS settings, not your B12 website. B12 background videos are configured to autoplay correctly — the issue is specific to how iPhone handles video when Low Power Mode is active.
