What to do if you have forgotten your password and can't log in
1. Go to B12.io and click Log In.
2. Click Forget your password? Click here.
3. Enter the email address you use for your B12 account.
Don't remember which email you used? Repeat these steps for any email addresses you may have used - only an email address for an active account will receive a password reset email.
4. Click Reset password.
5. Check your email for an email titled "Password reset" from B12.
Note: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam and Promotions folders. If it isn't there, email hello@b12.io or reach out through our Live chat.
6. Click the Reset Your Password link in the email. You'll be directed to a new page.
7. Enter your new password and click Reset Password.
I forgot my email address
If you have forgotten the email address you use to log in to your B12 account, email hello@b12.io with the following information:

Email subject: I have forgotten the email address I use to log in.

A link to your website (if it's live).

If your website isn't live, tell us your business name.
