What to do if you have forgotten your password and can't log in.

If you’ve forgotten your password or email address for your B12 account, or if you’re not receiving a password reset email, follow this guide to regain access.
Resetting your password
1. Go to B12.io and click Log In

2. Click Forget your password? Click here
.
3. Enter the email address you use for your B12 account.
Don’t remember which email you used? Repeat this step for any addresses you may have used. Only the correct account email will receive a reset link.
4. Click Reset password

5. Check your email for an email titled "Password reset" from B12. Open the email and click Reset Your Password

If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folders.

If you still can’t find it, see the troubleshooting steps below.
. Enter your new password and click Reset Password
to finish.
Troubleshooting password reset email issues
If you are not receiving the reset email:

Check your Spam folder: Sometimes reset emails are filtered out.

Verify your email address: Make sure you typed it correctly. A typo will block delivery.

Request a new reset link: Go back to the reset page and submit again.

Try another device or browser: Occasionally, email display issues are device-specific.

Recovering your email address
If you’ve forgotten which email you use for your B12 login:

Search your inboxes for past emails from B12 (e.g., signup confirmation, account changes).

Try sending a password reset to each possible email address. Only the registered one will receive the reset link.

If you still can’t identify your login, start a live chat with Support. We’ll ask verification questions to confirm ownership and help you regain access.
Tip: To save time in the future, add B12’s email address to your contacts so important messages don’t get filtered.
