Monthly blogging helps keep your website fresh with consistent, professionally written content. If you are on the Advanced subscription, B12 manages the full process while giving you opportunities to review and request changes along the way.

1. Receiving your blog content calendar

After your website goes live, the Customer Success team begins initial optimizations. You then receive a 6-month Blog Content Calendar with six proposed blog topics.

2. Approving your blog content calendar

Review the proposed topics and share any feedback or requested changes.
If no feedback is received within 5 business days, the calendar is automatically approved and blog writing begins.

You can request edits to the content calendar at any time, even after auto-approval.

3. Reviewing drafted blog posts

Each month, B12 writes your blog post and publishes it to a private page on your website.

Within 5 business days of the scheduled posting date, you receive a link to review and edit the draft.

4. Approving blog posts

You can request revisions or make edits directly in the B12 Editor.
If no feedback is provided within 5 business days, the blog post is automatically approved.

Edits and revision requests are always allowed, even after the blog is live.

5. Publishing blog posts

Once approved, B12 publishes the blog post to your live website to help drive traffic and improve SEO.

6. Continuing monthly blogging

Each month, the process repeats:

    • You receive a new blog draft before publication

    • You review and share feedback

    • B12 publishes the blog on schedule

When only two months of content remain, you receive a new content calendar with four new blog topics for approval. As before, the calendar is auto-approved after 5 business days if no feedback is received, and changes can still be requested later.
