Changing your B12 account login email and contact information.

Edit your Profile to update the contact information that B12 uses for your login and all communication about your account.

Follow these steps to update your B12 account contact information.
​To edit the contact information that displays on your website, follow these instructions instead.

Step 1: Log in to your B12 website editor at https://b12.io/dashboard/. If you can't remember your password, click here to request a password reset email.

Step 2: Above the B12 main menu, click your name to open the Account drop-down menu.

​Step 3: Click Edit profile.

Step 4: Edit the appropriate information for your B12 account, including your name, phone number, email address, and Business name and category.
​Important: This is the information that B12 uses to contact you and identify your account. Changing your email address will also change your B12 account login.

Step 5: Click Save to update your changes!
