Setting your availability by adding availability blocks gives you finer-grain control over when a client can schedule an appointment with you. For example, you may prefer to accept appointments only in the afternoon.

Adding an availability block

  1. If an availability block is already set on your calendar, click anywhere on the light purple block to edit the availability block. Alternatively, start from a fresh, empty slate by removing any existing availability blocks.

  2. If you don’t have any availability blocks set on your calendar, click the Add availability button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. In the Add availability left pane, you can set the start and end time for a specific date. Optionally, you can repeat this availability for specific days. Click Done to save your availability block.

Editing an availability block

Note: To edit your availability, it is simplest to delete your availability and create a new availability.

  1. Click anywhere on the light purple block. Edit the availability and then click the Update button.

  2. When the confirmation window displays, select either the Only update this availability or the Update all future repeat availabilities and then click the Yes, update availability button.

Removing an availability block

  1. Click anywhere on the light purple block. Then Click the Remove button to remove the availability block.

  2. When the confirmation window displays, select Delete all future repeat availabilities and then click the Yes, delete availability button.

Note: To change your availability in the future, follow this same process.

Handling error messages

If this error displays when you add or edit an availability:

  1. Click through the calendar a few weeks into the future to make sure all availabilities are deleted.

  2. If this error persists, email hello@b12.io with questions.
