Setting your availability

Learn how to control when clients can book appointments by adding and managing availability blocks.

Adding availability blocks lets you decide exactly when clients can schedule time with you. You can update, add, or remove availability at any time, and changes apply immediately.

Updating your availability

1. In the left sidebar menu, go to scheduling section Scheduling.

2. Click Availability.

Note: Before updating your availability, it's recommended you connect your personal calendar to ensure your scheduling conflicts are reflected in your B12 availability.

3. Select Available on the days you want clients to book appointments. Choose the time ranges you want to offer on those days.

4. Click the + to add availability blocks and fine-tune appointment options.

Click the trash can icon to remove any availability blocks you no longer want.

Offering appointments all day? Select Available, then choose 24 hours.

If you are not accepting appointments on a specific day, deselect Available so clients cannot book.

5. Click Publish to make your changes live.

Tips:

  • Your availability changes save and update in real time! This availability will recur every week into the future unless you change it
