Setting your availability

Setting your availability by adding availability blocks gives you finer-grain control over when a client can schedule an appointment.

Setting your availability by adding availability blocks gives you control over when a client can schedule an appointment with you. To change, add, or delete your availability, see below:

1. Log into the B12 editor

2. From the lefthand editing panel, select Scheduling

3. Select Availability

Note: Before updating your availability, it's recommended you connect your personal calendar to ensure your scheduling conflicts are reflected in your B12 availability.

4. Select available on the days you would like clients to schedule appointments—you can then choose the times you would like clients to have access to appointments

5. Click the + to add availability blocks and fine-tune the options clients have for appointment

Tip: Add too many options? Click the trash can icon to remove availability blocks. Or, free 24/7? Select Available, then select 24 hours

6. If you’re not taking appointments, be sure to un-select available so that clients cannot book appointments that day.

Helpful tips:

  • Your availability changes save and update in real time! This availability will recur every week into the future unless you change it
