Basic Subscription
(Website or Website + Client Engagement)
Customers on B12's Basic Subscription can cancel at any time directly through the Plan section of their account. To cancel, follow these steps:
1. At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the B12 logo

If you are on a mobile device, tap the arrow on the left of your screen to open the sidebar menu.

2. Click Account in the dropdown.
3. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
4. Complete and submit the cancellation form.
Warning: Cancellation takes effect immediately. Once canceled, all subscription features are disabled. Your website will no longer be available online, including on any connected custom domains.
Professional or Advanced Subscriptions
Customers who hired B12 Experts to design their website as part of B12's Do-it-for-you setup are on the Professional or Advanced plans. These plans have a different cancellation process. See this article for details.
Note: If you built your website yourself using B12's AI-powered Website Editor and you have a paid plan, you signed up for the Basic subscription. Follow the steps above to cancel your plan.

No refunds are issued because subscription features are active immediately upon payment. If you want to use the subscription for the full period, wait until the end of the term before canceling. See our refund policy for more details.
