Basic Subscription (Website or Website + Client Engagement)
Customers on B12's Basic Subscription can cancel at any time directly through the Plan section of their account. To cancel, follow these easy steps:
- At the top of your B12 Dashboard, click your name.
- Choose Account from the drop-down.
- In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
- Submit the cancellation form.
Cancellation is immediate, and all subscription features will be disabled once the cancellation is completed. This includes connections to published domains; your website will no longer be available online, including on any connected custom domain names.
If you would like your subscription and account to remain active until the end of the billing period, you can cancel your account at the end of your subscription period prior to the renewal date. If you're not sure when your subscription renews, you can review your most recent receipt to see the last day of your current subscription period.
Professional or Advanced Subscriptions
Professional and Advanced customers can submit our cancellation request form here and a B12 team member will reach out to finalize the request. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will turn off your subscription's automatic renewal. Your subscription and account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
To avoid upcoming subscription charges, requests for cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to the end of the subscription term to allow for adequate processing time.

Will I receive a refund?
Since subscription features are made available immediately on activation or renewal, B12 does not provide refunds on subscription charges. B12 can provide continued access for the full paid term. If you would like to continue your subscription through the end of the current term, we suggest waiting until then to complete your cancellation. For more information, review our refund policy here.

I don't have a paid subscription, how can I close my free B12 account?
If you do not have an active paid subscription and you would like your free B12 account to be deactivated or permanently deleted, please use this request form.
