Your B12 subscription can be canceled at any time. Once we receive your cancelation request, we will turn off your subscription's automatic renewal. Your subscription and account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
To avoid upcoming subscription charges, requests for cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to the end of the subscription term to allow for adequate processing time. Please note that B12 does not provide refunds on subscription charges.
If you wish to cancel your account, please reach out through our live chat in the lower right corner of your account with a request to close your account and your reason(s) for cancellation. We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
