This article relates to customers on an active Basic, Professional, or Advanced Subscription.

Basic Subscription
(Website or Website + Client Engagement)

Customers on B12's Basic Subscription can cancel at any time directly through the Plan section of their account. To cancel, follow these steps:

1. At the top of your B12 Dashboard, click your name.

If you don't see your name, click the B12 logo instead.

2. Choose Account from the drop-down.


3. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.

4. Complete and submit the cancellation form.

Cancellation takes effect immediately. Once completed, all subscription features are disabled. This includes domain connections, so your website will no longer be available online, even on connected custom domains.

If you want your account to stay active until the end of your current billing period, you can schedule cancellation to occur at the end of the term before the renewal date. To confirm your renewal date, review your most recent receipt—it lists the last day of your active subscription.

Professional or Advanced Subscriptions

Customers with Professional or Advanced plans should submit the cancellation request form here. A B12 team member will contact you to finalize the request.

  • Once we receive your request, we will turn off automatic renewal.

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.

  • To prevent future charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the subscription end date to allow for processing.

Will I receive a refund?

No refunds are issued because subscription features are active immediately upon payment. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid term. If you want to use the subscription for the full period, wait until the end of the term before canceling. See our refund policy for more details.
