You can review your active subscription, update your credit card, or access past receipts directly from your mobile device.

Viewing your B12 account information on mobile

1. On your mobile device, log in to your B12 Account or visit this direct link to update your payment.

2. Tap the > arrow on the left side of your screen.

3. Tap the dashboard b12 logo B12 logo at the top of the side panel that appears.

4. Tap Account from the dropdown menu.

5. From the Account tab, you can view your current credit card on file, update your credit card on file, or view your B12 payment history and receipts.
