From there, click the Log In button in the top-right corner (pictured below).

Next, you'll be prompted for your login credentials. If you know your account Email and Password, type them in and click Log in.

Your login email address is the same address where you received your welcome email with the subject: We're excited to learn more and start your website! 👩‍🎨

If you are not sure which email address you used to sign up, we recommend attempting a password reset (below) for any email addresses that you may have used to help you determine the correct one.

If you don't know your password, you can reset it by clicking Forget your password? Click here. Enter your email address and check your email inbox for an email titled "Password reset on b12.io" with instructions for selecting a new password.

Note: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk or Promotions folders. If it isn't there, email hello@b12.io.

Once you reset your password, return to the Log in screen and enter your email address and new password, then click Log in.
